By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have given consent for your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in your use of the Service.

You must not transmit worms, viruses, malicious code, or other destructive material.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

You understand that content you provide, excluding payment information, may be transferred over various networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment information is encrypted during transmission over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Triple M Creations LLC specializes in custom, personalized, made-to-order, and small-batch products. Product availability and production times may vary.

When submitting personalization information, including names, numbers, dates, team names, colors, spelling, sizing, logos, artwork, photographs, or other custom information, you are responsible for reviewing the information for accuracy before submitting your order.

Triple M Creations LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted the order for production or fulfillment.

Because production of personalized products may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed. If production has not begun, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes. Once production of a custom or personalized product has begun, the order generally cannot be canceled or changed.

SECTION 4 – CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK, LOGOS & CONTENT

Customers may provide names, photographs, graphics, team logos, business logos, artwork, designs, text, or other materials for use in creating personalized products.

By submitting such material to Triple M Creations LLC, you represent that you own the material or have the necessary permission, authorization, or rights to use it and to authorize Triple M Creations LLC to reproduce it for your order.

You grant Triple M Creations LLC a limited permission to use customer-supplied material solely as reasonably necessary to design, manufacture, customize, and fulfill your requested products and related services.

We reserve the right to decline any design or customization request that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or another party's rights.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, COLORS & HANDMADE VARIATIONS

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, designs, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on screens, materials, lighting, filament, fabric, printing processes, and other factors.

Many Triple M Creations products are individually manufactured, 3D printed, pressed, assembled, customized, or finished. Minor variations in layer lines, texture, color placement, dimensions, positioning, or finish may naturally occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 6 – PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information for purchases.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on available shipping methods, destination, package information, and other applicable factors.

Triple M Creations LLC currently offers available USPS shipping services displayed during checkout. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product, promotion, or checkout page.

Production or processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Because many Triple M Creations products are customized or made to order, customers should review the estimated processing time provided with the applicable product.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or Triple M Creations LLC made an error in producing the order.

Eligible non-custom merchandise may be returned in accordance with our published Return and Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us promptly at hello@triplemcreationsllc.com. We may request your order number and photographs of the product and/or packaging to help resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools, services, applications, or links that we do not control. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies established by those providers.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, products, or content except as required by applicable law.

SECTION 10 – SHOPIFY

Triple M Creations LLC is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make on our Store are made directly with Triple M Creations LLC. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Triple M Creations LLC, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Triple M Creations LLC.

SECTION 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Triple M Creations LLC website, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product presentation, original designs, text, and other content owned by Triple M Creations LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Triple M Creations LLC intellectual property to you.

Customer-supplied trademarks, logos, photographs, artwork, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

We may use voluntarily submitted reviews or feedback to operate and improve our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when appropriate, subject to applicable law.
